Returns and Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Warranty Replacements/Refunds

We offer a 90-day replacement warranty on defective items only. This covers items that were found damaged at time of delivery, or items that stopped working (with normal use) within 90 days of purchase. Any items that have been damaged due to customer misuse, modified, or physically damaged by the customer in any way are NOT covered by this warranty.

In cases where sending a replacement is not feasible, or at the discretion of RetroStage Support, a refund may be given for the defective item instead. This does NOT include refunding an entire order – only the defective item, for the price paid, will be refunded.

If the item has been found defective during troubleshooting with RetroStage Support, then your refund or replacement will be processed within 5 business days.
